In Norway we have a large fishing for Cod (Gadus Morgue), Haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) and Tusk (Brosme Brosme).
A portion of these are airdried (see ill. below) to the famous Norwegian Stockfish – a product known since the Viking Age.
